   PET / BREED RESTRICTIONS

    Weight Restrictions- 50lbs

    Pets- 2 pets per apartment. Dogs and cats.
    Pit Bull and Rottweiler (state and city laws may apply)

    If the pet is a mix of a restricted breeds and a breed that is not restricted, a vet must give written confirmation that the pet is less than 80% of the aggressive breed.

    $50 fine for not picking up after pet.

    Must provide photo and vet information.

    Exotic pets- Non poisonous pets only, must be kept in enclosure (cage, aquarium, etc), must have permit if required by state or city, no aquariums over 50 gallons.



   DEPOSITS

    Deposit- $0
    Non-refundable- $200
    Pet Rent- $20 per month
