DEPOSITS
Under 35 pounds $150 deposit, plus $150 fee, plus $10 per month pet rent
1 large pet $250 deposit, plus $250 fee, plus $10 per month pet rent
2 small pets $250 deposit, plus $250 fee, plus $15 per month pet rent
3 small pets $350 deposit, plus $350 fee, plus $25 per month pet rent
( 3 small pets not to exceed 45 lbs.)
Garages $75 per month
