   PET / BREED RESTRICTIONS

    Breed restrictions include but are not limited to: Pit Bulls (Staffordshire Terriers), Chows, Rotweilers and Dobermans.



   DEPOSITS

    We welcome most pets with a maximum of two pets per apartment. One pet is $300.00 non-refundable fee, $300.00 refundable deposit and a $15.00/month pet rent. Two pets are $600.00 non-refundable fee, $600.00 refundable deposit and a $20.00/month pet rent.
