Some restrictions, All breeds of dogs at least one year old, except for pure breeds or mixed breeds of any of the following: Akita, Alaskan malamute, Chow, Dalmatian, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Husky, PitBull Terriers (includes all PitBull breeds-American PitBul Terriers, Bull Terriers, American Bull Dogs and Presa Canario), Rottweiler, Saint Bernard, and Wolf Dog Hybrids. All pets must be spayed/neutered. Does not apply to Assisted Animals
DEPOSITS
$125 pet fee and a $20 pet rent for 1 animal. $225 pet fee and a $30 pet rent for 2 Cats or a $40 pet rent for 2 Dogs.
